Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of 33kV over head line extension to the existing power infrastructure of OGC, to provide power to BVS-01 block valve station.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Punjlloyd was executing the Engineering, procurement and construction of this project of Oman gas Company S.A.O.C. The scope of work in the above contract includes all activities necessary and required in and for the completion of instrumentation works, testing and pre-commissioning of the block valve stations.

• Installation of 2nos of 11kV, 1000A, 6.35 Ohm 30Sec NERs, 2nos of 6.6kV, 300A, 42 Ohm 30Sec NERs, 2nos of 11kV, 4.5MVAR Capacitor banks, 2nos of Battery Racks & 2 nos of Battery Chargers, 8nos. of HV VFD panels, 2nos of Capacitor Control Panels in Electrical Building-1

• Installation of LVP MCC Panel(LVPMCC-2), MPDB-2, UPS Panels (UPS-1 & UPS-2), Remote IO Panel(1no), Battery Isolator, Battery Racks(2nos), 1250kVA Standby DG etc in Electrical Building-2

• Installation of MV Panel(1no), Automatic Power Factor Control Panel, MV VFD Panels (5nos), Battery Charger (B.C-1&2), Battery Rack 1&2, Remote I/O Panel(1no), LV PMCC Panel (LVPMCC-3)etc in Electrical Building-3.

• Installation of Local Push Buttons for Pumps, Mixers, Scrappers, etc (Approx. 180 nos.)

• Laying, Dressing, Tagging, Glanding & Termination of all HV,MV & LV Power Cables & Electrical Control Cables (Approx. 200Kms) Including Joining of 11kV & 6.6kV Cables, Installation of HV and MV Termination Kits

• Supply & Installation of 25 tons of supports wit C5M high durability painted steel for the Outdoor & 35 tons of hot deep galvanized supports for indoor, basements (electrical buildings) and cable trench, Meggering & Loop Checking of the Power & Control Cables.

• Installation of earthing system: Installation of Earth Trip/Cable. The Scope also Includes Supply & Installation of Bulk Materials like Cable ties, Cable Lugs etc. and Consumables like welding mold & welding powder.

Instrumentation Works

• Installation of Field Instruments Such as sensors, transmitters, analyzers, LCPs, JBs, LPBs, RTUs etc.

• Supply, Fabrication & Installation of Supports for Cable Trays, Transmitters, LCPs, JBs etc

• Laying, dressing, tagging, Termination & Glanding of Instrumentation Control Cables, FOC cable, Profibus, Cat.6 & Modebus Communication Cables (Approx. 230Kms)

• Splicing and OTDR testing of FOC Cables.

• Installation of Impulse and airline tubing of Instruments.

• Calibration and testing of Instruments.

• Meggering & Loop Checking of the Instrumentation Cables.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

ORPC Co-Generation Power plant is a power facility to provide clean and reliable energy to the refinery and its customers. This facility also ensures the reliable supply of steam, desalinated water, process water and instrument air to the refining units.

The project includes 2x25 MW Gas Turbine, 2x100 TPH HRSG, Supplementary Firing Aux. Boiler, Desalination Plant, Polishing Plant, Fuel Gas Conditioning, Warehouse Re-location etc.

ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION WORKS FOR A\'SEEB WASTEWATER PROJECT

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Haya water responsible for the waste management in sultanate’s capital, is supporting the development of the nation by implementing the Muscat wastewater master plan in the Governorate of Muscat. A’seeb waste water project is a primary element of Muscat wastewater master plan. There is wastewater treatment plant, 3 nos of main pumping stations, recycled water facilities at Al-Khoudh & Al-Mobellah as part of this project. The plant designed to treat 80,000 cubic meters of sewage waste water per day. The plant utilizes special technology known as Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) process and ultra-filtration. The process selection was done based on available processes in international market. The main Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) unit will be located at Seeb about 45 km from Muscat. The STP will be designed to have odorless treated water output which will be mainly used for irrigation purposes.
