ORBITAL SCOPE

The scope of work covers the complete Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), Inspection, Testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Handing over and Guarantee run of the new facilities and modification to existing facilities associated with Permanent Fire Water System at B-Block Station.

The Work comprises of the following work packages, which are summarized below.

a. Engineering - Performance of any and all Engineering, Design, Detailing or Locating

b. Procurement - Purchasing, supply, expediting, quality control and transportation of all Materials required for the Work.

c. Construction - All permanent and temporary Works to fabricate, build, construct and install, and decommission associated with the new facilities and modifications for upgrading of DPS facilities.

d. Testing, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning - All Work associated with the testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of upgrading work of DPS facilities; tie-in to existing systems.

ORBITAL SCOPE

The scope of work includes Installation of New Crude Oil Heater Package at Daleel Site, Installation of instruments, control valve and flow meter. Orbital scope also includes all necessary construction works.

The Scope of Work includes the following activities:

• Installation of new Skim Tank.

• Installation of new Buffer Tank

• Installation of all necessary piping, civil & structural, electrical, instrumentation works for the new facilities and hook up to the existing plant.

• Carry out necessary modifications in existing DCS / IPS system to hook up new signals and associated logics

ORBITAL SCOPE

Construction of 7 kms. of 4" Flow line between Wellheads at two different location and Farah Station. The works were carried out as per API 1104.

The scope of work includes procurement, fabrication, erection, cleaning, testing, etc. of complete mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and civil works and the associated activities for the installation of crude transfer pump.
